| How to Apply |
| 1. Choose a property you want to view. |
| 2.Visit one of our two locations and pick up a master key to view the home. $20 key deposit required. Cash is accepted. |
| 3. Turn in an application. $20 processing fee. No personal checks accepted. We also require a copy of your license and proof of all income received. |
| 4. We will run a credit check and check previous rental references. |
| 5. Applications are usually processed within 24 hours. |
| 6. To hold the property, we will need a security deposit. Deposits vary with personal credit history. |
| 7. Once you are approved we will contact you to schedule a meeting to sign the lease to your new home! |
