| Our History |
| Cliff and Stephanie Rogers founded The Rogers Group in 1981, which was then known as Rogers and Rogers. They later incorporated and formed The Rogers Group, Inc. After initially only managing family owned property, they saw the local need to develop and construct rental property. Over the next two decades they developed and built hundreds of properties and also began managing property for other investors. |
| By 2000 they began to focus on managing residential and commercial property. Since then, they have grown to manage properties in Vance, Granville, Franklin and Warren County. Their newest expansion has led them to Durham and Wake County with an office opening in Raleigh in April of 2009. |
