The Rogers Group, Inc. is a full-service real estate investment and property management company. We have grown over the past 30 plus years to become the largest and most trusted property management firm in Vance, Granville, Franklin and Warren County. We manage single-family homes, duplexes, town homes, apartments, and light commercial spaces. Currently, we serve over 250 property owners with over 1300 properties and we are still growing.

Cliff and Stephanie Rogers founded The Rogers Group in 1981; at the time, it was known as Rogers and Rogers. We later incorporated and formed The Rogers Group, Inc. After initially only managing family owned property, we saw the need to begin managing outside property, so the firm could grow larger and more successful. What sets us apart from the other firms out there is our dedication. Each of our employees is educated, experienced and ready to serve you. Additionally, we have all appropriate licensure and certification so no matter what your needs, we have you covered.
